I can't seem to figure out how to sew fabric to an elastic waistband. I know how to do a casing, but I'm just not sure how to do elastic without a casing. Please help me.
I have only done it on narrow about 1/4" elastic....however what you need to do is stretch the elastic as you sew. Make sure the elastic is on the bottom and the fabric is on the top
